"The warmth of human life touches the hearts of ordinary people the most." The founder, Cathy Wong, is a highly successful investor, but more importantly, she is a seasoned gourmet. In pursuit of "good food," she traveled all over the world, yet her true love remained the characteristic snacks of Sichuan's streets and alleys, those foods full of human warmth, always leaving people wanting more. Her dream is to create dishes that come as close as possible to 100% authentic Sichuan street food, whether it's the ingredients, seasonings, or cooking methods... Transporting your taste buds instantly to those eagerly anticipated alleys of Sichuan and Chongqing. In the bustling alleys, the gathering is full of vitality, and when spread out, it is the essence of human life. Daoism looks forward to bringing this unique warmth of humanity to London together.

The menu is divided into three parts:

Sichuan-Chongqing Street Eats: Chengdu-style spicy hot pot, Chongqing sour and spicy rice noodles, Leshan-style roasted beef.

Specialty Snacks: Steamed beef, steamed pork ribs, pickled pig intestines, roasted edamame (served cold), Chongqing-style odd-flavor peanuts.

Homemade Beverages: Xiao Diao pear soup, sugarcane and water chestnut with imperata water, traditional sour plum soup.

Staple Food: Northeastern Wuchang rice.

菜单分为三部分:
一-川渝市井:成都市井冒菜、重庆泡椒米线、乐山鲜烧牛肉。
二- 特色小食:粉蒸牛肉、粉蒸排骨、挑挑肥肠、烧毛豆(冷吃)、重庆怪味胡豆。
三-自制饮品:小吊梨汤、竹蔗马蹄茅根水、古法酸梅汤。
主食:东北五常大米饭
